Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a dedicated team, ensuring the delivery of outstanding support services.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and the highest levels of quality and care.
Preferred Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role within a supported housing or social care setting.
- Proven ability to motivate and empower a team, driving performance and maintaining a positive working environment.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and risk management practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals and organisations.
- A passion for making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals within the community.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care or a related field
- Leadership or management training and certification
- Additional training in areas such as mental health, substance misuse, or homelessness support
