Location: Sittingbourne
Shifts: 8AM to 8PM - 4 on, 4 off
Salary: £38.5K

The role:
Lead the Production function to deliver against daily targets - ensuring on-site H&S and training requirements for Line Leaders - according to SOPs + Product Specifications.
The requirements:
- Experience leading Production teams within Food Manufacturing.
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with KPIs and machinery.
- Strong people manager, good delegation and high standards of quality + performance.
