Your new role
Location: Birmingham - Trinity Park - Fully based on site in probation period, can work one day from home after this.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday
Shift Pattern: Rotating shift pattern between 7am and 7pm
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
- Responsible for managing subcontract work in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring all work is allocated with agreed parameters.
- Raising and chasing purchase orders.
- Ensuring jobs are closed down in the system once completed and the certification is logged to show the completion of the job.
- Coordinating with various departments and stakeholders, monitoring progress and ensuring that timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Effectively managing the supply chain, ensuring that all parties involved are satisfied with the outcome and the company is able to meet its obligations and objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
- A good grasp of Maximo would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- You should be able to effectively multitask, prioritise and demonstrate a self-motivated and team-orientated approach.
- You will have the ability to make informed decisions using a wide range of information and maintain a flexible approach to ensure timely completion of key tasks.
