Role: Teaching Assistant
Location: Northampton
Start Date: Now
Salary: £19,000 - £24,000
Reed are currently working with a highly regarded indepodent school based around the Northampton area, supporting them recruit a permanent Teaching assistant to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Work with individual children having special or particular needs, following their EHCPs where appropriate.
- Provide support to the Headteacher and class teacher across a range of child-centered activities.
- Mark pupils' work under the direction of the class teacher.
- Support pupils in developing social skills both in and out of the classroom.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Teaching assistant
TA level 2 or 3 qualification is not essential but desirable
A passion for supporting students
