Media Sales Executive - Manchester (Hybrid) - Up to £22,000+ Bonus

Our client is renowned for its talented, dedicated, and creative workforce. It is an ambitious and continuously expanding media organization with a passion for storytelling and capturing moments. Each week, its advertising reaches over 30 million people whilst this client is also being known for its independent local and national presence across the UK and Ireland.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver market-leading media solutions to agencies and direct clients.
  • Manage accounts and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Exceed client expectations with exceptional customer service.
  • Track performance and conduct post-campaign analysis.
  • Assist with Partnership Post Campaign Reports and weekly reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Production department to optimize workflow.
  • Partner with Project Managers for successful pitches.
  • Develop a strong profile with internal/external clients and agencies.
  • Guide customers through various business propositions confidently.
  • Act as a strong ambassador for all brands.
  • Demonstrate excellent administrative skills in managing bookings and tracking campaigns.
  • Resolve booking or invoice queries effectively, oversee projects from briefing to delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • University degree in Advertising, Media or Marketing preferred.
  • Experience working in a customer service department.
  • Proficient in computer skills with a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Adaptable to a changing environment with a positive attitude toward new opportunities.
  • Principled in decision-making and conduct.
  • Purpose-driven with a strong desire to achieve and maintain high standards.
  • Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
