£50k - £60k (can be negotiated further depending on experience)

They are based in Hampshire and are now excited to be looking for a Mechanical Estimator to join their team.

The role of a Mechanical Surveyor;
- To meet directly with the customer to understand the requirements and produce quotes to ensure the work is carried out to the relevant standards
- To analyse costs of projects and to allocate labour and materials ensuring they have been resourced at in the best price
- To oversee and manage internal and external labour
- To produce reports and ensure all activity within projects are updated
- To build healthy working relationships with existing and new customers and ensure they are in the know about all the services and products the business can offer
- Must have in depth knowledge of regulations
- Gas Safe registered
- Must be competent in report writing
- To be commercially aware
- To be enthusiastic in taking accountability for your work load to ensure customer satisfaction is met
- Must hold a UK licence
