Helpdesk Administrator

Are you a skilled administrator looking for a new job opportunity? One of my key clients are actively recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator to join their operations team on a permanent basis. Your job will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of hard service delivery across a site in South London.

Duties

  • Raising quotes/invoices for supply of goods/labour to the sites
  • Raising purchase orders for engineers, subcontractors and the wider FM team
  • Completing all relevant paperwork relating to P&L for the contract during month
  • Maintaining/updating engineer call out rota
  • Ensuring all key documents are kept in line with GDPR and are up to date
  • Enrolling engineers into refresher courses
  • Processing timesheets, job sheets and expenses
  • Arranging cover for engineers through third-party agencies or internally

Requirements

  • Previous experience in FM
  • Experience using CAFM system
  • Must be able to be on-site 5 days a week
