We are recruiting for an established Property company that is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their team in South-West London. As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in facilitating the rental process for their shared room properties. You will be responsible for attracting prospective tenants, conducting viewings, negotiating rental agreements, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the letting process.
Responsibilities as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator:
- Conducting viewings of shared room properties and effectively showcasing the features and benefits to prospective tenants.
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective tenants to understand their needs and preferences.
- Negotiating rental terms and agreements.
- Processing tenancy applications, conducting reference checks, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Providing excellent customer service and support to tenants throughout their tenancy, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve team goals and targets.
Benefits as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator:
- A competitive basic salary of £18,000.
- A car allowance of £2100 a year.
- OTE first year £45,000.
Requirements as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A Full UK driving license is required.
