One of the fastest growing property technology businesses across the UK is looking for a Field Sales Representative to cover Leeds, Sheffield, Manchester and Newcastle. Along with a salary of up to £32,000 per annum, you will also receive a 1st year OTE of £50,000, a Tesla, medical insurance, dental insurance, a laptop and a mobile phone.
You will be joining an innovative and dynamic team who are changing the way tenants and students rent their homes. They are looking to double their headcount in the next 24 months so it's a really exciting time to join the business.
This role will suit somebody who has B2B sales experience, is highly motivated and results-driven - you do not need to have property or real estate experience.
As Field Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting prospective clients, selling to a variety of stakeholders, and winning new business
- Leveraging off existing customer relationships and looking to increase market share
- Focusing on leads which offer the most potential in terms of delivering new business opportunities
- Working to targets on a daily basis and thriving in a fast paced, competitive environment
- Delivering your sales targets which are outlined in your commission package
- Update your manager with information about your territory
We're looking for a Field Sales Representative with:
- Previous B2B sales experience
- A full UK driving license
- Great face to face communication and relationship building experience
