As an Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action, managing a portfolio of top clients and driving new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients
- Maximizing revenue from current accounts by identifying growth opportunities
- Proactively reaching out to new potential clients and generating new business
- Working closely with teams across the business to deliver the best client experience
- Keeping on top of market trends to stay competitive and drive sales strategies
- Attending meetings (virtually and in person) to ensure client satisfaction and maintain engagement
