Description

  • Lead, inspire, and empower a global creative team. Facilitate brainstorming sessions, define a creative vision, and offer hands-on guidance throughout the creative process, while collaborating and providing support as necessary
  • Oversee the global creative team, reviewing and approving artwork and copy to ensure deliverables align with marketing objectives and effectively address challenges. Report to the Group Marketing Director and work closely with internal teams to ensure project goals are achieved
  • Create and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies for various creative projects, overseeing them from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to develop designs, visuals, and video content that engage our audiences through creative campaigns, brand storytelling, and social media assets. Ensure design development and artwork are cohesive, commercially viable, and inspiring
  • Provide direction and approval for all global creative assets
  • Guide the visual direction for customer emails and websites, mentoring teams to produce on-brand work across all visual and messaging platforms
  • Lead the design of customer communications and promotional materials for career fairs, events, and pitch presentations
  • Assist internal teams with photography and design requirements."

Profile

"Prior experience in a similar role is essential

  • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of talented creatives
  • Expertise in developing integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Deep understanding of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Experience in in-house production (creative studio)
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to articulate and rationalize ideas for commercial strategies
  • Comfortable presenting creative work to senior and executive teams, with the ability to communicate ideas persuasively
  • Capable of managing your own projects while supporting designers in their progress
  • A strong creative vision aligned with business objectives
  • A supportive coach and mentor to fellow designers, eager to share ideas and knowledge"
