Description

  • Manage customer queries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer service performance, suggesting improvements where necessary.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Maintain customer service records and prepare reports on activities.
  • Support the customer service team in achieving departmental objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.
  • Contribute to the overall positive culture of the customer service department.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • Fluent in European languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish).
  • Experience of SAP (Advantage).
  • A strong customer service orientation with a proven record of managing customer queries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player attitude with the ability to coordinate with various departments.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
  • An understanding of the industrial / manufacturing industry.
