ENERGY LatAm Broker
We are seeking an experienced Energy Reinsurance Broker to join our London office and focus on servicing and growing our Latin American client base. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the energy reinsurance market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and markets in Latin America.

What the day will look like
- Develop and maintain relationships with Latin American Energy clients, including insurance companies, cedants, and brokers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Latin American energy reinsurance market
- Negotiate and place reinsurance policies
- Provide market-leading expertise and advice to clients on energy reinsurance solutions
- Collaborate with our global teams to leverage market knowledge and expertise
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments in Latin America

Skills and experience that will lead to success.
- 8+ years of experience in reinsurance broking, with a focus on energy or related sectors
- Strong knowledge of the Latin American insurance and reinsurance markets
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- Ideally, fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese (written and spoken)
