TristoneNash have partnered with a highly reputable social housing provider who is seeking to appoint a Scheme Manager.
Location: Devizes (Wiltshire)
Start date: 1st to 15th July
Length of Contract: Permanent
Pay: £18,750 per annum
Hours of work: 30 hours per week (part time) - business hours only between 09:00am and 17:00pm
Your duties in this role would include:
- Working in a retirement living scheme consisting of 56 one and two bed units
- Providing general building management and consistently high-quality tenure neutral accommodation based frontline services to older people
- Delivering outstanding customer service that supports individuals to both sustain their lease/tenancy and remain independent in their own home
- Carrying out health and safety, fire safety and warden call system checks
- Managing safeguarding issues in line with company policies and procedures
- Initiating tenancy terminations, conducting risk assessments, visiting potential tenants and handling sign-ups
- Communicating any rents, repairs, ASB and aids/adaptations with other departments to resolve
Essential requirements for this role:
- Access to a car and full UK driver's license
- Experience liaising with tenants
