Axon Moore have partnered with a rapidly growing, award winning company to support their recrutiment of a qualified and experienced Financial Accountant.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in enteral feeding, critical care, patient handling, and vascular access. Reporting to the Financial Transactions Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting finance functions, audit, statutory accounts, and forecasting. Duties: Management Reporting

  • Provide financial accounting support and input into monthly management reporting
  • Financial modelling to facilitate European and US entity reporting
  • Adoption of new accounting standards and technical accounting rules to support International Reporting
  • Assist with group accounts consolidation
  • Support preparation of the monthly Board Pack
  • Meet reporting requirements of Investors
  • Assist year-end R&D reporting submission

Budget & Forecasting

  • Contribute to annual Budget and re-forecasting process

M&A

  • Support business M&A growth plans

Compliance and Control

  • Process improvement by challenging business as usual
  • Contribute to tight financial control in order to mitigate P&L risk including Balance Sheet review
  • Ensure compliance with Regulatory Bodies and accounting standards

ERP Support

  • Support ongoing ERP functionality improvement aligned with departmental reporting requirements
  • Promote cross departmental efficiency working closely with the Business Information department

Required knowledge:

  • Qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA or QBE
  • 2 years post qualified experience
  • Knowledge of IFRS
  • Proven track record of good financial governance
  • Strong financial reporting skills (Forecasting / Performance analysis)
  • Treasury reporting

Desirable knowledge:

  • Private Equity backed business experience
  • Microsoft Dynamics BC experience
  • Jet and / or Power BI Reporting experience
  • Healthcare industry exposure
