Autism Lead - Hybrid - Immediate Start

NonStop Care is partnering with a local authority in East Berkshire to recruit an Autism Lead for their Adults Community Mental Health Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of the Autism Act 2009 and related legislation (MHA, Care Act, MCA).
  • Work with complex clients with ASD and dual diagnoses, providing comprehensive assessments for timely access to services.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager and the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) to make daily operational decisions that ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals, in accordance with Adult & Community Care Services eligibility criteria.
  • Manage a caseload that includes conducting complex assessments and casework.
