You will work closely with the Business Partnering and Management Accounts teams to assist with budgeting and planning cycles, with a keen focus on charge-out rate and salary analysis. You'll also collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to conduct profitability analyses at various levels, from client to partner, providing valuable insights that drive decision-making. In addition to supporting the production of comprehensive management information packs, you'll be responsible for enhancing the existing reporting processes, finding innovative ways to simplify, automate, and visualize data, thereby improving communication with stakeholders.
The firm you will be joining is on a steep upward trajectory, driven by strong performance in its non-UK practice, particularly in Europe, and remains focused on growth, recently opening an office in Asia. Ideally you will have a strong financial analysis background, with advanced Excel skills and experience using practice management systems such as Elite 3e. While a professional accounting qualification is a plus, it's not essential, if you have a strong academic background. Previous experience in the legal sector or a partnership structure would be beneficial, but more importantly, you should possess excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage your workload effectively.
