Our client, a leading housing organisation, is seeking a Junior PA to provide efficient and effective administrative support to their dynamic Directorate Team. �?

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support to the Directors and assist the PA to the Chief Executive in various tasks.
  • Arrange meetings and manage email enquiries with excellent organisational skills.
  • Capture the essence of important discussions by taking minutes at senior management, board, and committee meetings. ??
  • Assist in organising corporate events like board and committee meetings, scheme openings, and more.
  • Contribute to special projects such as communication updates and mail-outs.
  • Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with the organisation's Equality & Diversity and Health & Safety Policies.

?? Requirements:

  • Proven background in administrative work for senior-level managers in an office or similar setting. ??
  • Experience maintaining efficient records, including minutes and rolling action logs.
  • Confidence in providing minute-taking services- THIS IS ESSENTIAL
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities effectively.

�? Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience working in the housing sector environment. �??

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse individuals.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and prioritisation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Outlook, and Sharepoint. ???
