Description

The successful Business Support Manager/Business Operations Manager candidate will:

  • Oversee and aligning daily, monthly and annual operations to ensure efficiency and productivity around people, budgets, communications, and reporting activity.
  • Be the primary point of contact for all business support related queries.
  • Support key stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the region.
  • Manage the streamlining of the submission of information to the senior leadership team.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to support consistency in different time zones.
  • Coordinate and lead with multiple departments to ensure smooth inter-departmental operations.
  • Ensure compliance and governance in line with internal expectations.
  • Maximise the efficiency of all internal and external manual systems.

Profile

The successful Business Support Manager/Business Operations Manager will potentially come from multiple possible backgrounds, combining skill sets from business operational support to executive assistant work.

  • Experience in Business Support/Administration, Operations leadership or Executive Assistant
  • Prior experience in a leadership role within Business Support.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Self-motivated, great attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills,
  • Take ownership of a problem through to resolution.
  • Proficiency in office software and management systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
