Pay rate: £21 per hour + Paid breaks, Earn £39,312 per annum + Excellent employee benefits!

An exciting Registered Nurse role has become available for a well-established, small, bedded nursing home. The home is part of small, successful care provider in the South who have been established for over 30 years and are growing as a company. They are known for their OUTSTANDING care and development they provide to both their staff and residents!
With NEW MANAGEMENT in place and a refined support system, the home has made major improvements for both staff and residents, making it a comfortable friendly environment to be in. The home stands out for their GOOD working culture and nursing care they provide to the elderly.
You will be a named nurse for no more than 26 residents with a strong team of carers to assist!

Responsibilities as a Registered Nurse:
- Providing correct clinical care to residents such as medications, care planning, catheterisation
- Ensuring all work is done according to CQC regulations and NMC code of conduct
- Effectively leading and managing shifts
