This is a holiday cover for 3 weeks helping, covering a busy reception, working for a lovely client based in Reading town centre.
Receptionist Duties
Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
Answering Phones: Managing incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or taking messages as needed.
Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for staff and clients.
Managing Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and packages efficiently.
Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of visitors, appointments, and other relevant information.
Office Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the reception area is well-stocked
Providing Information: Assist visitors with enquiries
