Newstaff are currently recruiting for a reliable Sous Chef for our client in Liverpool.
- 14th & 15th August
- 0600-1400
- £18 per hour
- Liverpool, Bootle L20
Main duties:
- participates in and supervises the preparation and cooking of food accordance with established recipe cards and methods
- has desire to be trained to cover other sections of the Kitchen as decided by the Head Chef
- ensures all dishes are correctly garnished before being sent to revelant outlets
- ensures that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner
- ensures work area is kept clean, hygienic and organised
- ensure that all equipment/ untensils in the section are correctly handled and maintained
- to deal with guest comments and complaints in a constructive and empathetic manner
Ideal candidate should be fully aware and comply with:

- Health and Safety Procedures
- Current Licensing Regulations
