As a Management Accountant, you will take some responsibility of producing the management accounts for the organisation. After this process, you will be directly involved with the monthly financial meeting with the CFO and FD to discuss the financial health of the organisation, and what actions need to be taken to continue to grow. You will take on budgeting and forecasting responsibilities in this position and brush shoulders with very senior stakeholders. There are some opportunities to really engage with senior management and external stakeholders in this position, strengthening your business partnering skills and keeping you engaged throughout the process.
Skills Required

- Your new Finance Manager will be keen to provide you with some fantastic opportunities here, in order to obtain them it is crucial to have prior experience working on month end responsibilities, such as working on the P&L, completing reconciliations and conducting variance analysis.
- This role has some stakeholder management responsibilities, due to this consistent communication it is key for the successful applicant to be able to communicate in an effective manner.
- As this role provides a study support package, it is advantageous to have already started your studies, such as ACCA or CIMA.
