IT Technician Apprentice - Level 3

Following on from the success of our client's current IT Apprentice, they are on the lookout for the next trailblazer to join their ranks and soar within their team. Imagine being part of a dynamic company that places customers at the pinnacle, offering a blend of on-site and over the phone support.

About our client:

Our client is a full scale IT Support company, that is dedicated to customer service and client satisfaction.

The role:

Possible start date: ASAP

Monday to Friday; 9am to 5pm

Total working hours: 35

What you will do in your working day:

  • Providing customer support through email, ticking system, helpdesk and phone conversations, remote support
  • Assist with the installation and setup of hardware such as mobiles, laptops, and desktops
  • Configure hardware and software correctly
  • Use internal tools to identify and resolve issues
  • Testing and troubleshooting a variety of hardware escalating issues when necessary

The training you will receive:

  • Level 3 ICT qualification
  • All training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes
  • Functional skills in English and Mathematics, if required

Qualifications required:

GCSE or equivalent English (Grade A* - C 9/5) - Essential
