Highly organised, used to dealing with contractors, suppliers and ground workers? The new Office Administrator role could be just what you're looking for. Looking after projects from start to finish and dealing with the logistics will be all in a day's work for the Office Administrator based in Seaford.

Working closely with the Contracts Manager and Projects Manager, the duties of the Office Administrator include:

  • Dealing with plant hire, material orders and hotel bookings for the start of new projects
  • Organising training for all staff including safety and technical training
  • Ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy and up to date on MOTs and Servicing
  • Checking invoice against orders
  • Producing weekly wage sheets and daily travel times.
  • Being involved in audits and accreditations

Skills and experience required for the Office Administrator are:

  • A team player
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft software, especially Excel
  • Experience of using portals
  • Ideally a background in administration in the construction industry
  • Dog friendly
