Audit Manager
Location: Uxbridge, West London
Salary: £55k - £75k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits
The Client:
Our client is a well-established accountancy firm, providing audit and tax planning services for small to medium-sized owner-managed businesses.
The Role:
As an Audit Manager, you will be coordinating and supervising all accounting and audit tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and reviewing the work of staff, especially in audit preparation.
- Reporting to partners and attending client meetings.
- Reviewing financial accounts and corporation tax submissions.
- Engaging in practice development, including networking and drafting new client proposals.
- Communicating with clients and managing their expectations.
- Working with managers and partners to promote office growth and team advancement.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Audit Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience in managing the audit process from planning to completion.
- At least 3 years of PQE.
- ICAEW / ACA / ACCA qualified.
- Understanding of FRS102.
- Hold a 2:1 degree from a British university.
- Skilled in IT, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and accounting software.
- Working knowledge of Digita and Caseware would be beneficial.
