Transformation Project Manager

About the role

These are exciting times at JRF and JRHT, as we have an ambitious programme of transformation underway. We have recently transformed our Housing and Finance services, including the replacement of legacy systems.We are now moving on to the next phase of this work, which will be replacing our systems for Asset Management, Compliance and Repairs and supporting the relevant teams in transforming their services. That's where you come in!

As a Transformation Project Manager, you will work closely with the sponsors, key stakeholders of this project and the PMO to support the delivery of transformational change projects. Ensuring that projects are well managed through the project lifecycle, you will deploy change management strategies and an inclusive approach to ongoing communications, to drive engagement and embedding of changes.

You will work closely with the Programme Manager, the Project Management Office Manager to ensure good governance and successful delivery to time, cost and quality expectations.

About you

We're looking for an experienced project manager, with previous knowledge of leading an effective matrix project team in a variety of project environments. You will have recent project management experience of delivering system implementations and supporting transformational change with oversight of multiple workstreams. You will have excellent working knowledge of project management methodologies, principles, methods, tools and techniques including planning and risk management.

With an excellent attention to detail, a strong attitude towards change and the ability to cut through complex information keeping solutions simple and outputs relevant. You'll have a natural ability to influence others with your strong communication skills and be able to build relationships across different levels. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work at pace and with accuracy are key.
