Job Title: Merchandiser & Events Coordinator
Responsible To: Customer Engagement Manager
Location Telford, Shropshire with UK wide travel expected as part of the role
Basic Salary: Competitive salary + car allowance + 10% annual bonus based upon the achievement of agreed KPIs

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Merchandiser to play a key role in providing support to the Customer Engagement Manager and UK Sales Teams.
The ideal candidate will be responsible, flexible and enthusiastic about achieving the highest standards in every aspect of their work with high regard for merchandising, financial acumen and customer service.
Must possess a 'hands on' approach
Principle Responsibilities: To plan and carry out in store projects, new range reviews, planogram compliance,organise main events and exhibitions
To create, merchandise and assist with visual displays and POS compliance as directed by the Account Management Teams
To build strong relationships and work very closely with the Account Management Teams in order to drive sales at store level
To plan, attend and support new store openings and Trade shows
To collate information on competitors in order to assist with marketing strategies
Complete retail price surveys across various categories
Analyse business performance and track sales history on accounts
Ideal Candidate
3 + years previous experience in a merchandising role
Managing merchandising teams
You must be flexible in your approach
Hold a full valid UK driving licence
Excellent communication skills
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Works well under pressure
Self-starter with a strong work ethic
