We're on the search for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual who is looking to pursue a career in Residential Estate Agency. This is a sales based role so confidence and a competitive edge is key.
Role Overview:
- Qualify leads and register suitable applicants looking to rent a new home.
- Conducting property viewings and guiding applicants through the process.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Assisting with negotiations between applicants and clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
- Oversee the rental process from point of registration to key handover.
Requirements:
- Graduates preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and telephone manner.
- Presentable and confident.
- Money motivated with a sales edge.
- Ability to work in a target based environment.
- Full UK Drivers License
