The AFC Screening Methodologies Standards team is looking for an AFC expert with experience in screening engines and a strong data and testing background. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, execution and output assessment of test scenarios used to assess the screening engine's exposure to AFC risk.

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop testing methodologies to assess the risk exposure, establishing an automated testing procedure and ensuring repeatability of the process
  • Implementation and validation of data load schedules and data transformations
  • Documentation of testing procedures in key operating documents and appropriate reporting of testing outcomes
  • Support the development of testing standards and capturing risk arising from engine detection capabilities
  • Establish and automate periodic model testing/monitoring to detect drift and other model metric changes

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in data modelling, data engineering, statistics, advanced Structured Query Language knowledge, Python/ R/ Visual Basic (VB)/ C#/ Go and use of analytics platforms such as Cloudera Data Science Workbench (CDSW) or similar
  • Ability to articulate testing principles and purpose, deploy and operate testing models
  • Experience with Fircosoft, RDC, HotScan or related name/transaction screening and negative news screening systems
  • A Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering background is advantageous
  • Experience in machine learning operations (ML Ops), model engineering and creating user experience design for Management Information and reporting purposes
