+ Run the award-winning Supply Chain Sustainability School, including the industry-leading Fairness, Inclusion & Respect (FIR) programme.
+ Support our clients to use our Sustainability Tool to report their progress on sustainability actions.
+ Led the authoring of the ISO 20400 in sustainable procurement and are now leading global adoption through our social enterprise arm, and our commercial consultancy services.
+ Provide bespoke, specialist business advice, training, and practical tools to leading organisations such as Siemens, the Houses of Parliament, Warwick University, the NHS and British Land.

The E-Learning Developer Opportunity:

We are looking for an e-learning developer who will work as part of a small team who are responsible for the learning content in the award-winning Supply Chain Sustainability School. You will bring your creative flair and sound e-learning authoring skills to produce engaging e-learning. You will also have the opportunity to work with our consultancy creating bespoke, immersive e-learning for a wide range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Developing rich content in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
+ Incorporating graphics, audio, and video where required
+ Supporting the knowledge team and wider team with providing excellent customer experience when learning through the School
+ Creating content in Adobe Premier Pro and Illustrator.
+ Working with the knowledge management team to amend where relevant an expansive suite of e-learning modules
+ Creating bespoke e-learning and aligning to the process from storyboarding to end result
+ Creating animations using software such as Vyond
+ Localising content to different sectors, markets, regions, countries
+ Uploading courses to Moodle and administrating Moodle as required
+ Video Production and Editing in relation to e-learning modules that contain video content

About you:

+ Degree-level education in Digital Media & Graphic Design, or equivalent
+ Proficient in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
+ Working knowledge of Adobe Premier Pro and Illustrator (experience with Abobe Creative Cloud as a whole is desirable but not essential)
+ Experience in delivering e-learning content to a specific brief
+ Working knowledge of learning management systems and proficient in uploading/handling SCORM based content to an LMS
+ Willing to work collaboratively and responsively with colleagues and key stakeholders
+ Able to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
+ Have a creative flair with a keen interest to develop and translate this into e-learning
+ Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
+ Excellent IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, excel and Word
+ At least 1 year experience of working in a commercial environment

Nice to Haves:

+ Experience of animation software e.g. Vyond
+ Passion for sustainability
+ Understanding of the built environment
