Customer Service Administrator

Due to exciting growth plans for 2025, our highly successful client near Cosham is recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

In this diverse and fast-paced role, you will be a key point of contact for customers and business partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience is delivered for all. You will handle enquiries, process admin and system access requests, and provide support to the team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • We are seeking a professional candidate with strong experience in customer service.
  • Understanding of dealing empathetically with customers.
  • Positive, diligent, and determined mindset with a drive to succeed and develop.
  • Experience within a high-volume, results-focused customer service environment.
  • Experience operating within a regulated industry.

What you'll be doing:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process customer information efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer records accurately.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve and escalate customer issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry, and office support.

Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working with databases or CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary will be £25 / 26K.
