In House Property Solicitor

Fantastic opportunity to join one of the nation's leading social housing providers with an impressive property portfolio spanning the Midlands and South West regions. A strategic, growing and innovative organisation looking to expand their team across the region due to expansion.

Your new role

Reporting to the Head of Legal Counsel, you will work within a collaborative team overseeing the property objectives of the business. You will assist in advising on land acquisitions, service charging, leases and general legal advice to internal and external stakeholders. These will include external legal businesses, house builders (in house and contractors), valuers & local authority departments. You will ensure compliance practices and work within regulatory and legislative frameworks.

What you'll need to succeed

Candidates applying will need to have relevant legal qualifications and have experience of land/commercial property. Social housing experience is desired but is not essential. Our client will look at applicants from both in-house and private practice backgrounds.

What you'll get in return

Pension scheme, performance related bonus and a hybrid policy. Candidates to be in the office 2 days a week. Travelling to Tewkesbury once a week is required.
