Lovely firm based in Buckinghamshire (exact location will be provided to suitable applicants) are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer to take over from a Solicitor who is leaving after 14 years of service, you will be taking on a full and busy caseload of Residential Conveyancing files and will need to be confident in your Conveyancing abilities. We are looking for a Conveyancer or Solicitor with a min. of 2 years PQE or QBE running your own caseload. You will have a one to one assistant to assist with your caseload and also the help of a dedicated person who deals with all Post Completion work.
The successful Conveyancer will have a cheery and engaging personality with initiative and be someone who is organised and calm under pressure.
This full-time Conveyancer position offers a demanding and varied caseload handling all types of residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold on sales and purchases, new builds, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
To apply you will be experienced in all matters relating to residential conveyancing. A qualification is not essential but would be preferred. They will consider Fee Earners by experience.
The ideal Conveyancer will be 2+ years qualified either as a solicitor or as a Licensed Conveyancer

Salary is up to £55,000 p.a.
