Interim Shared Service P2P Lead - North East- £650/850 Per day outside IR35 - 6 Months+
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Interim Shared Service P2P Lead to join our North West based client. As the Interim P2P Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
The SSC is moving through a period of significant change so experience of delivering and operating within a transformation environment is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) team within the Shared Service Centre.
- Deliver required change inline with the transformation plan working with transformation leads.
- Drive process improvements and optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline P2P processes and resolve issues.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Provide expertise in P2P technology and contribute to system enhancements.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within Shared Services, specifically in P2P.
- Large business, transformation experience.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives and drive change.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with P2P systems and technology.
