About the role

The No7 Beauty Company Research & Innovation Team conducts consumer research studies to test new ideas, technologies, products, and services. Working as a Consumer Research Co-ordinator you will be an integral part of the Research team enabling the consumer research on our innovative beauty products in the development pipeline.

Our consumer panels in the UK and the USA mean we work with over 50,000 consumers. Your role will be to assist with the management of our consumer panels, recruit the volunteers to participate in our studies as well as co-ordinating the project set-up. In this role you will work with the wider R&D team, Insights and Marketing, Product Design, PR and advertising claims.

The Consumer Research Co-ordinator will report to the R&D Consumer Panels Manager.

  • Key point of contact for all UK & USA consumer panel queries, managing volunteer communications including the email inbox, phone, and text messages
  • Manage volunteer accounts in both US and USA
  • Assists with the recruitment of volunteers in UK and USA for product trials, on-site controlled studies and consumer empathy work
  • Assists with the on-site study recruitment, allocation and scheduling
  • Assists with the running of recruitment campaigns to build the panel in required areas
  • Assist in conducting consumer empathy work including interviewing consumers
  • Creates surveys to discover new insights on our consumers
  • Ensures and creates a good volunteer experience for those on the panel

What you'll need to have

  • Experience of using survey platforms such as SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics
  • A degree in study research methods such as psychology, anthropology or any relevant social sciences.
  • Hands on experience working with both quantitative and qualitative data with experience survey design and writing questions.
