Reed Education is on the lookout for a visionary Bursar and Business Manager to steer our financial and operational helm within an SEN School. We are representing an exceptional institution dedicated to nurturing children and young people with language disorders, and this OUTSTANDING Ofsted rated School is growing!
Your Role:
- Lead and Innovate: Guide our Central Services team across Finance, HR, Estate Management, and more.
- Strategize and Govern: Manage the budget and property, ensuring the school's future is secure and bright.
- Build and Sustain: Foster lasting relationships with Local Authorities and oversee legal compliance.
- Collaborate and Contribute: Be a pivotal part of the Senior Management Team, driving the School towards excellence.
- Protect and Serve: Champion data protection and health & safety, safeguarding our community's well-being.
We Need You To Have:
- Expertise: A professional accountancy qualification and a degree. This is mandatory.
- Leadership: A history of leading teams, especially in Finance.
- Innovation: Experience in implementing modern financial systems.
- Project Mastery: A proven ability to manage complex projects within tight budgets and timelines.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to connect, present, and manage time effectively.
- Desirable Experience: Background in charity or education sectors.
