My client, who is an instantly recognisable consultancy, require an Application Support Engineer to join a business-critical programme.
Key Requirements:
- A wealth of experience working as an Application Support Engineer with good IT investigation and diagnosis skills for both hardware and software.
- Working knowledge of Azure SQL, R, POSIT, GitHub, Python, API Management.
- A familiarity of C#, Visual Basic, .NET, C++, SQL, SSIS & PowerShell
- Proven understanding of HPC (High Performing Computing) environments and methodology, specifically cloud hosted.
- The ability to support cloud-based software products and applications in Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent written, oral and communication skills.
- The ability to solve complex problems with a "can-do" attitude.
