I am currently working with one of our world leading banking client who are currently on the search for a seasoned Design Researcher based in London on a 12-month initial contract.
Role: Design Researcher
Location: London, 2 days per week on site required
Rate: £82k - £84k + 5 % bonus
Duration: 12-month contract
As a Design Researcher you will take responsibility of both the qualitative and quantitative research required by the business - working with a well-established team full of hard-working individuals within the design space finding all unmet needs that require attention, as well as starting to explore the accessibility requirements.
Skills & Experience required:
- Experienced in both Generative (Exploratory) and Evaluative research practices.
- Used to working in a multi-disciplinary team, leading on the research practice, and setting clear strategies to help them achieve agreed outcomes.
- Strong collaboration skills, to be able to engage stakeholders to make research a team sport.
- Good influencing skills and comfortable working closely with stakeholders with strong opinions
- Experienced in different sectors, and ideally has experience in financial services.
