Change Manager

Our client is seeking a Change Manager to join a Central Government Department. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to enhance their knowledge and skillset, applying them on a daily basis in a developing professional environment

This is a long term contract of 12 months, Hybrid - Glasgow Region

The Role

As a Change Manager you will proactively prepare the business for the impact of changes being delivered by the project, from concept to execution and review. Provide a bridge between the project and the business users to ensure activities are planned and completed, enabling the business to implement the agreed change

Essential Skills

  • Knowledge and demonstrable experience working in a Change Management/Enablement function.
  • Results oriented with energy and passion to achieve and exceed stretching objectives and to deliver within tight timescales.
  • Strong communicator with a high degree of written and verbal communication skills.
  • ITIL4 or 3 Foundation.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge and experience of working in Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge and experience of project methodologies, i.e. Agile, DevOps and traditional waterfall.
