Temp to Perm Administrator
Full time 40 hours per week
Morley based in Leeds Monday-Friday 8-5pm ( on site) £11.44 per hour
We are seeking to appoint an Administrator to work in our Leeds office
Ideally, you will work a minimum of 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
Hours of work can be discussed at interview stage. Full time is acceptable also.
You will be based from the office in Leeds. You will join an experienced and exceptionally friendly and supportive team, working as key coordinator to support the Sales/Account management team.
Responsibilities:
Update customers with estimated time of arrival of goods, follow-up with courtesy call once delivered
- Update quote, order and delivery logs
- Assist with incoming call enquiries
- Manage outstanding orders and allocation of stock
- Assist with database management, updating all customer communications
- Liaise with internal customers on warranty claims, spares enquiries, etc
- Responsible for day-to-day office administration
Requirements:
- Previous office administration experience would be an advantage
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Good time management
- Attention to detail
- Confident and pro-active on the phone
Full training will be provided on all products and services.
