Sales Executive
Salary: £25,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission
OTE: £40,000 - £65,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 4.30pm
Location: Ringwood, Hampshire

As a Sales Executive, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth by:
- Connecting with SMEs: Making outbound calls to SME business owners and influencers.
- Booking Appointments: Scheduling meetings for Consultants to showcase bespoke solutions.
- Achieving Targets: Consistently meeting weekly and monthly sales goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Adhering to sales scripts and training guidelines.
- Effectively communicating the products and services to potential customers.
- Building and managing a pipeline of leads.
- Collecting customer information accurately.
- Following up with potential customers to nurture relationships.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Experience: Previous experience working in a phone based sales role.
- Positive Attitude: A passion for sales and a can-do spirit.
- Resilience: The ability to overcome challenges and maintain a positive outlook.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
