About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial part in supporting the academic and personal development of students. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in preparing lesson materials and classroom activities.
- Provide individual support to students, particularly those with special educational needs.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support students with their academic work, both in and out of the classroom.
- Supervise group activities and ensure student safety at all times.
