Temporary 2nd Line Support Engineer
Central London
Our client is an international Investment Company located in Central London who are recruiting for a 2nd Line Support Engineer on a temporary basis, dates being Monday 23rd September - Friday 4th October 2024.
Duties will include;
- Providing IT support for 40-50 end users
- HP /Dell server infrastructure
- Windows 2003/2008R2 Server Operating System
- MS Exchange Server 2003/2010
- Troubleshooting of Microsoft Office Suite
- Polycom video conferencing
Desirable experience:
- Experience managing/troubleshooting servers locally/remotely
- Skills configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting server & desktop hardware
- Knowledge of enterprise backup solutions (tape backup)
- Knowledge of RIM Blackberry servers and devices
- Experience with anti-spam and anti-virus products and vendors
- Cisco experience (routers/switches/firewalls, VPN)
- Email archiving (Mimosa, Exchange 2010, eVault)
