A very well-established International distributor of Outdoor and Recreational products is presently looking for additional members of their field sales division.
Covering the North of England, the Area Sales Manager will be developing growth within allocated distributors, dealer networks and independents within the outdoors market.
The successful Area Sales Manager will:
- Increase sales via pro-active selling and mentoring of Distributors.
- Ensure marketing and promotion of complete ranges of products.
- Develop quarterly and annual strategy plans.
- Attend national exhibitions and road shows.
The best qualified Area Sales Manager will have:
- A proven sales track record, ideally from a market linked to the outdoor, recreational sector.
- Both Account management and business development skills
- The ability to self-manage and work remotely whilst travelling.
- A full UK driving licence.
In return the company is including a package of a base salary up to a potential £50k, company car plus a structured bonus scheme.
