We have been retained to recruit a small number of Elite level consultants to work from home on a non-advice basis.
An Elite consultant you will benefit from an enhanced bonus scheme and can qualify for the Elite plus status where you can choose your own hours of work and will only be measured on your results in terms of performance and quality NOT working hours, dials or talk time.
Therefore, we are seeking people who view the opportunity akin to running their own business, setting high standards for themselves and aspiring to not only meet the companies targets but exceed them.
Salary Benefits
Starting salary is based on previous performance and can be reviewed twice yearly. Existing top performing consultants are earning in excess of £60,000 + thanks to an uncapped bonus scheme.
The company offer wide range of benefits including the opportunity to work a 9-day fortnight (no weekend work) to ensure you maintain a sound work life balance.
