Working for a national examinations board, the centre in central Newcastle is looking for a part time Steward to assist on a regular but part time basis
The centre in Newcastle is only open on set days and need cover for these dates:
Thursday 23rd May 10am - 4.45pm
Friday 24th May 08:30am - 4.30pm
Saturday 25th May 07:45am - 3.30pm
Thursday 6th June 10am - 4.45pm
Friday 7th June 08:30am - 4.30pm
Saturday 8th June 07:45am - 3:30pm
Working at a busy exam centre in Newcastle, just a short walk from the mainline station.
This would suit a student or somebody who wants flexible, adhoc work with no ongoing commitment . Full training will be given on the job
The duties
- Meeting and greeting candidates as they arrive for their exam
- Checking identification documents
- Issuing parking permits
- Providing exemplary customer service
About you!
- available for the dates above
- experienced in a customer service role such as retail or hospitality
- have excellent communication skills and able to liaise effectively with a wide range of people
- excellent time management skills
- well presented
This role pays £12 per hour
