Interim EDI Lead

Seeking an Equality Diversity & Inclusion Specialist for a 12 month contract, working for a Public Sector organisation.

Reporting into the Head of OD & Strategy the postholder will lead on the delivery of innovative and effective Equality Diversity and Inclusion programme. You will Lead the delivery of the ED&I agenda for the organisation and the management of cultural change in support of the organisation's strategic and operational plans, ensuring the provision of appropriate solutions, information, and advice is provided to services as required.

The successful candidate must be CIPD qualified and an experienced EDI professional with a track record of developing and implementing EDI programmes across complex organisations, whilst advising on best practice. Together with experience of building effective relationships to support change.

This role offers flexible working with the options to work remotely around 3-4 days per week.
