Here at Reed Carlisle we are representing a leading client in their field who are seeking a New Business Development Manager to help expand their property portfolio in North Cumbria and the Lake District. With their exceptional offering, you'll leverage your local knowledge and networking skills, along with your authentic personality, to excel in this role without the need for a hard sales approach.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Work towards KPIs to ensure targets for appointments, properties signed up, and revenue are met to help increase personal commission.
  • Develop relationships with local businesses to generate referrals and support organic growth.
  • Ensure new properties are presented optimally, with compelling descriptions, quality photography, and accurate pricing.
  • Deliver a continuous pipeline of suitable properties through research, networking, cross-selling, and attending exhibitions and events.
  • Collaborate with wider teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for owners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
  • Results-driven and motivated with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with strong time-management skills.
  • Enjoyment of time on the road, meeting with owners and exploring the region.
  • Good problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret data for revenue projections and pricing strategies.
  • Good geographical knowledge of the assigned area, with experience in field-based sales and remote working.
  • A full driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role.
