Role: Service Design Lead Rate: £650 p/d Outside IR35 Location: South Coast - AD hoc travel Duration: 3 months initial
We are looking for a Service Design Lead to facilitate design sprints for a financial services company. The main focus of this role is work closely with product to develop and prioritise a journey backlog to provide focus to the service design sprints.
Experience required:
- Previous experience as a Service Designer
- Experience facilitating and leading design sprints
- Experience within financial services
- Proven experience leading workshops with stakeholders
- Previous experience mapping the MVP to-be service
- A holistic approach that focuses on end-to-end experiences, including business processes, interactions, technology, and touchpoints experienced by customers, colleagues, and third parties.
- Previous experience of journey backlog development
